Latvia Golden Visa Investment Requirements
Obtain the Latvia Golden Visa by choosing one of the following investment options:
Equity Investment
€50,000 in a Latvian company (with the company paying at least €40,000 in annual taxes), plus a €10,000 state fee.
Bank Deposit
€280,000 in a Latvian bank’s subordinated capital for five years, plus a €25,000 state fee.
Government Bonds
€250,000 in special-purpose interest-free bonds, plus a €38,000 state fee.
Application Process
1- Processing Time: 30–90 days.
2- Family: Spouse and children under 18 can apply with the main applicant.
3- Visit Required: Collect the residence permit in person within three months of approval. The permit is valid for five years and requires annual renewal.
