Why the UAE?
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a dynamic federation of seven emirates located on the Arabian Peninsula. Known for its rapid development, the UAE has transformed from a desert region into a global hub for business, tourism, and innovation. Cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi are renowned for their towering skyscrapers, luxurious lifestyle, and business-friendly environment. The UAE’s strategic location, connecting the East and West, makes it a prime destination for investors, entrepreneurs, and expatriates seeking new opportunities.
Where Borders Fade, Opportunities Rise
UAE Golden Visa Program
Introduced in 2019, the UAE Golden Visa was a significant milestone in the country’s efforts to attract and retain global talent. It was part of a broader initiative to diversify the economy and reduce its dependence on oil. The Golden Visa allows foreigners to live, work, and study in the UAE without the need for a national sponsor, providing a long-term residency option that was previously unavailable. The program was initially targeted at investors, entrepreneurs, and highly skilled professionals, the program has since expanded to include additional categories.
The Golden Visa grants residency for up to ten years, while a standard residency visa requires renewal every two to three years.
Holders can live, work, and study in the UAE without the need for local sponsorship. The visa allows long-term residency without employment.
Visa holders can sponsor their family members, including spouse and children of any age, and employ unlimited domestic helpers. Family members can remain in the UAE even if the primary holder passes away.
Visa holders can spend extended periods outside the UAE without affecting their visa validity.
